Member Services Coordinator

About the role

The Member Services Coordinator leads the Club Services Associate team at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, ensuring daily member‑facing operations run smoothly and meet the highest service standards. This role blends team leadership, program development, quality control, and administrative oversight to deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee schedules and daily assignments for the Club Services Associate team to ensure coverage.
• Train, onboard, and mentor new associates while conducting performance check‑ins.
• Develop and expand concierge service programs for ski, marina, golf and other activities.
• Conduct quality‑control walkthroughs and monitor member interactions to maintain high service standards.
• Handle department administration, reporting, procurement and vendor documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, property management or member services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
