Member of Technical Staff, Release Engineering

About the role

Comfy ships multiple AI‑enabled products and needs a fast, reliable delivery system. As a Member of Technical Staff in Release Engineering you will design and operate CI, cross‑repo release orchestration and on‑demand test environments that keep code flowing without bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI pipelines that support high‑throughput, AI‑generated code.
• Design and operate release orchestration across many repositories and services.
• Create ephemeral environments per pull request for isolated testing.
• Integrate quality checks and test suites into the release flow.
• Provide self‑serve infrastructure for internal creative teams.

Required profile

• Experience running Kubernetes and ArgoCD in production and managing infrastructure as code.
• Proven track record building CI/CD for complex multi‑service systems used by multiple teams.
• Strong empathy for developers and a focus on reliability of software delivery.
• Startup mindset with ownership and ability to solve problems at scale.
