Med/Surg Clinical Manager

Kingman Healthcare Inc. seeks a Med/Surg Clinical Manager to lead the nursing staff on a full‑time basis. The role supports KHI’s vision of delivering kind, high‑quality health care by ensuring safe, efficient patient care and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, promoting a professional and collaborative environment.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, assisting with admissions, discharges, and stepping in as a staff RN when needed.
• Coordinate unit resources and staffing within budget, develop schedules based on patient acuity and census.
• Drive performance on Value Based Purchasing measures, including outcomes, patient experience, and safety.
• Oversee patient care delegation, interview and hire staff, and ensure competency and training compliance.
• Conduct daily patient and family rounds, address care issues, and monitor patient satisfaction (HCAHPS).
• Participate in quality management, audit nursing documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain 24‑hour shared responsibility for staffing, patient care, and unit operations.

Required profile

• BSN or related bachelor’s degree; AZ RN licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association).
• Minimum five years of RN experience in the relevant specialty.
• Preferred: MSN and prior leadership experience.
