Medspa Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Medspa Sales Specialist to join a boutique private practice that blends aesthetics, functional medicine, and sexual health. This full‑time remote position focuses on converting inbound leads into booked consultations through a high‑touch, concierge‑style sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new leads via calls, texts, emails, and approved channels.
• Respond quickly to inquiries about services, pricing, availability, and next steps.
• Build rapport, understand patient needs, and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Educate leads on services and guide them toward consultations or appointments.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked and re‑engage older or inactive leads.
• Manage lead data and activity within the Symplast EMR/CRM pipeline.
• Track conversion metrics, identify objections, and share insights with the founder and clinical team.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and professional communication around sensitive health topics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or related inside sales.
• Proven track record converting inbound leads into appointments or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with a confident phone presence.
• Comfort discussing intimate health topics using accurate clinical terminology.
• Exceptional organization, responsiveness, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Symplast (EMR/CRM) or similar CRM pipeline tools.
