Medical Surgical RN – Part‑Time Days

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide medical‑surgical care on a part‑time, days‑only schedule. Working under physician direction and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act, the RN will deliver evidence‑based nursing care, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based care to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Perform thorough nursing assessments, collecting data from patients, families, and providers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure compliance with nursing standards and patient safety protocols.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license (or compact state license) and BLS certification.
• Basic EKG competency within three months of hire.
