Medical Science Liaison – Caplyta (Great Lakes)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Caplyta will serve the Great Lakes territory, acting as the scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines and healthcare professionals. You will provide balanced, non‑promotional scientific information and support investigator‑initiated studies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Facilitate two‑way scientific exchange, delivering data tailored to HCP needs.
• Collect and submit actionable insights to inform medical strategy.
• Support investigators and internal partners on company‑sponsored and investigator‑initiated studies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across R&D, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Doctorate‑level degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) with post‑graduate experience.
• In‑depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge in neuroscience.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the territory.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Preferred 2+ years of MSL experience and therapeutic area expertise.
