Medical Practice Manager – ENT/Allergy

About the role

If you have already run a medical practice and are ready for broader ownership, this role lets you lead busy on‑site ENT/allergy specialty practices across three Pennsylvania locations. You will own the daily operating rhythm, financial performance and process improvements while partnering with physicians and a growing specialty‑care platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for a 37‑person ENT/allergy practice across three locations, overseeing clinical and clerical staff, scheduling, supplies and office workflows.
• Own the financial picture of the practice, evaluating labor, volume, staffing patterns and expenses to drive profitability and meet budget targets.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and supervise multidisciplinary staff, fostering collaboration between front‑office and clinical teams.
• Partner with physicians as a trusted operational ally, translating feedback into process improvements while maintaining standards.
• Ensure patient experience, compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and internal policies, and effective use of EHR and practice‑management systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a physician practice or ambulatory specialty setting.
• Proven ability to manage practice operations, patient flow, revenue‑cycle partnership and compliance expectations.
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes, balancing urgent daily needs with longer‑term operational priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility with physicians, clinical and clerical staff, and senior leaders.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000–$115,000 per year with up to 5% performance bonus.
• Full‑time, on‑site role covering West Chester, Glen Mills, Chester and Media, PA.
• No weekend or holiday work expected.
