About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I specialized in microbiology to work the night shift. This clinical staff position supports patient care by performing microbiology testing on specimens during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct microbiology laboratory tests on patient specimens during the night shift.
- Document and report test results accurately in the laboratory information system.
- Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
Required profile
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship.
