Medical Assistant – ENT (SUSL)

About the role

The Medical Assistant will support healthcare professionals in the ENT clinic, providing direct patient care, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire patient medical histories, vital signs, and lab samples.
• Schedule, register, check‑in and check‑out patients, collect payments and verify insurance.
• Transport patients within the hospital and provide grooming, oral hygiene and comfort measures.
• Document all patient care activities and maintain adequate supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED and successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• At least one year of experience in a medical assistant, nursing home, or hospital setting providing direct patient care.

Required skills

• Ability to record vital signs and obtain medical histories.
• Proficiency in basic laboratory testing and patient record management.
