Media Planning Manager

About the role

The Manager Media Planning leads strategy, execution and day‑to‑day management of media campaigns across the U.S. and Canada, working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and planning for US and Canadian markets, developing rationalized media plans across digital and traditional channels in partnership with agencies.
• Coordinate campaign setup, launch timelines, creative asset delivery, and trafficking to ensure on‑time execution and monitor pacing and performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for agency partners, manage day‑to‑day interactions, and support campaign adjustments and optimization.
• Prepare Marketing Mix Modeling data, ensure data quality, and drive global rollout of planning tools with governance and best‑practice usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in media planning, buying or campaign management, with strong agency experience.
• Deep understanding of US and Canadian media landscapes and audience diversity.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) data preparation and analysis.
• Expertise in digital media strategies, media measurement and data management.
