Mechanical Engineer IV

About the role

As a Mechanical Engineer you will leverage a strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and materials science to solve complex mechanical problems, design custom tooling, and support the handling, assembly, and disassembly of components throughout the product life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of complex mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers and custom mechanical tooling.
• Develop, design, or modify engineering layouts, schematics, and specifications for complex scopes.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on mechanical issues and generate product specifications.
• Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering test reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 7‑10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Subject‑matter expertise with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet‑metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, and Design for Excellence principles.
