Meal Prep Specialist & Household Support

About the role

We are a health‑focused husband‑and‑wife team seeking a part‑time Meal Prep Specialist who will also provide household support in our Frisco home. The role involves preparing nutrient‑dense meals on a flexible schedule and assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to keep our household running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan weekly menus, shop at specialty stores, cook, portion, label and deliver meals according to our holistic dietary guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness before and after prep; deliver meals on Monday and Friday for upcoming days.
• Perform light household tidying, weekly vacuuming, indoor plant care, and restock pantry and supplies.
• Handle laundry, folding, ironing, linen rotation, and bed making.
• Deep clean bathrooms twice a month and tackle occasional deep‑clean projects such as refrigerator or oven cleaning.
• Run errands including grocery shopping, specialty store runs, returns, FedEx shipments, and dry‑cleaning drop‑offs.
• Manage family vehicle upkeep: schedule maintenance, coordinate washes, and ensure fuel levels.
• Research and coordinate quotes for household repairs and system maintenance.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, discreet professional who works independently and anticipates needs.
• Organized, dependable, and clear communicator, comfortable working quietly behind the scenes.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and holistic living with experience preparing whole‑food meals.
• Authorized to work in the United States, holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
