About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson for a full‑time, 10‑week MBA Finance Leadership Development internship. You will own finance projects that influence business decisions and gain exposure to senior finance leaders across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance projects supporting strategic initiatives and real business challenges.
- Develop insights and recommendations to inform decision‑making across J&J businesses.
- Explore functional areas such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, or Corporate Services.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a full‑time MBA with expected graduation in May 2028 (Corporate Finance concentration preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years full‑time professional or military experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities through work, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship.
