About the role

The MBA Finance Leadership Development Program is a four‑year, full‑time rotational program for MBA graduates to develop as future finance leaders at Johnson & Johnson.

Key responsibilities

Complete two Finance Manager‑level rotations across business segments such as Corporate Services, Medical Technology, and Innovative Medicine.
Lead and develop analyst teams while delivering financial insights and driving outcomes in areas like FP&A, acquisitions, commercial finance, supply chain finance, and R&D finance.

Required profile

Enrolled in a full‑time MBA program graduating between August 2026 and August 2027.
At least five years of full‑time professional or military experience with demonstrated leadership.
Permanent U.S. work authorization.

Required skills

Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.

What we offer

Base salary of $141,000 per year.
