Material Handler – Full Time – 1st & 2nd Shift

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is looking for material handlers to support production at its Holbrook facilities. You will load, verify, and replenish materials to keep operations running smoothly while following safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates.
• Replenish materials in bins or hoppers to prevent shortages.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership.
• Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine.
• Label and verify product selection and quantity.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean work area.
• Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of material handling equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Required skills

• Computer operation (computers, tablets, digital tools).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
