About the role

Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to manage and enhance its website and DealCloud CRM system. The role blends creativity, technology, and data‑driven decision‑making to support business development across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the DealCloud CRM, including user access, data governance, reporting, integrations, and vendor coordination.
• Lead data‑quality initiatives such as deduplication, data remediation, imports, audits, and ongoing maintenance of marketing databases.
• Create and deliver training videos and materials to increase attorney and legal‑assistant engagement with the CRM.
• Monitor website analytics, SEO trends, and AI tools to recommend enhancements that keep the firm’s online presence competitive.
• Manage marketing‑technology components for events, email campaigns, RSVP tracking, contact segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report website data to generate actionable business‑development insights.
• Maintain project timelines, respond to attorney requests, and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Research and evaluate new marketing technologies to support branding and business‑development goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology.
• Demonstrated understanding of website analytics, SEO, and AI‑driven marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data‑quality projects.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
