About the role

Join a high‑impact marketing team delivering campaigns that drive adoption and engagement for card lending products. You will translate strategy into launch‑ready creative and contact plans, ensuring smooth, compliant, and measurable executions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate creative development, routing, and approvals to support launch readiness.
• Maintain campaign controls, documentation, versioning, and audit‑ready change tracking.
• Conduct pre‑launch quality checks for content, targeting, and compliance.
• Synthesize post‑launch performance data into clear readouts and recommendations.
• Monitor performance against goals and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare campaign recaps, business updates, and recommendations with Analytics and Channel teams.
• Support control evaluations and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing or analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Excellent project‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform recommendations.
