Marketing Strategist – Remote

About the role

Remote Raven is seeking a creative Marketing Strategist to lead the marketing engine behind its global expansion. This full‑time, 100% remote position will own the end‑to‑end process of idea generation, campaign design, execution, and performance tracking for events and brand initiatives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch event‑driven marketing campaigns that attract qualified business decision‑makers across multiple regions.
• Create all campaign assets: copy, graphics, emails, social posts, and schedule publishing.
• Manage organic and paid social channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads.
• Adapt messaging, creative, and timing for different cultural contexts within an English‑speaking business audience.
• Establish a weekly content rhythm, launch at least one measurable campaign in the first 90 days, and build a newsletter cadence that improves open and click‑through rates.
• Track and report on registration, attendance, audience growth, engagement, and pipeline‑relevant metrics.

Required profile

• Highly creative thinker who can turn standard briefs into compelling hooks and assets.
• Comfortable writing B2B LinkedIn content for operators and managing Meta Business Suite for broader brand presence.
• Self‑starter able to work independently as an individual contributor with full ownership of strategy and execution.
• Experience tailoring campaigns for diverse international markets.
