Marketing Specialist

About the role

RightMove is looking for a Marketing Specialist to shape its story and expand impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will create and execute content, manage email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, and ensure projects stay on schedule and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content and editorial calendar, drafting and editing blog posts, emails, social posts, landing pages, and educational materials.
• Build and deploy email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, handling templates, segmentation, workflows, testing, QA, and scheduling.
• Pull and maintain campaign and channel reports, flagging trends and performance issues.
• Support events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows, handling logistics, collateral, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and agencies, reviewing work for quality and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, capable of drafting original content and refining others’ work.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot email and lifecycle campaigns.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to pull campaign data and summarize performance.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new processes.

What we offer

• Base salary $75,000–$95,000 plus benefits.
