Marketing Software Consultant

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Marketing Software Consultant to help life‑sciences customers implement and optimize its Commercial Content applications (PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry). The role is remote, customer‑facing, and focuses on delivering exceptional client success through discovery workshops, solution design, and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to align requirements with best practices.
• Translate complex client and solution concepts into clear presentations for varied audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in the Veeva Vault platform and Veeva AI capabilities.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies across project work streams.
• Create project deliverables and process standards.
• Define and oversee after‑go‑live support and ongoing application enhancements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or document/content management.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during implementation phases.
