Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Clark’s go‑to‑market strategy and fuel growth. You will design, execute and optimise marketing programmes for our B2B and professional services audiences, working closely with founders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute Clark’s marketing strategy across digital, content, events and partnerships.
• Define brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Develop and manage demand‑generation campaigns to acquire leads.
• Create key marketing assets from scratch, including website content, collateral and case studies.
• Design and run performance‑marketing initiatives such as SEM and paid social.
• Lead PR and media outreach, engaging journalists and industry analysts.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to align messaging and measure impact.
• Establish and report on metrics for brand awareness, demand generation and ROI.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS or startups.
• Fast‑moving, high‑ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven, metrics‑oriented and ROI‑focused.
• Comfortable thriving in a flat, intense, fully onsite environment.
