About the role

Job Duck is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to own and optimise the full marketing‑to‑intake pipeline. You will drive measurable business growth by converting insights into actionable campaigns that generate qualified consultations, retained clients, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain online review generation and reputation‑management processes.
• Evaluate marketing investments using cost‑per‑lead, consultation, client and ROI metrics.
• Create client‑focused content for websites, email campaigns, workshops and other initiatives.
• Analyse website traffic, search performance and conversion data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain and optimise the company website for higher conversions and engagement.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, paid ads, events, email nurture) to attract prospective clients.
• Own the marketing‑to‑intake pipeline, ensuring efforts translate into qualified consultations and revenue.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and acquisition dashboards.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta platforms and other channels.
• Design and run lead‑nurture campaigns for prospects, former clients and referral partners.
• Execute local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
