Marketing Manager, Grow with Google

About the role

Google’s Grow with Google initiative is seeking a Marketing Manager to create and produce educational and promotional content that helps individuals advance their skills, careers, and businesses. You will work across multiple formats, manage a centralized content calendar, and collaborate with agency partners to scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Write and produce high‑quality educational and promotional assets for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate daily content production with external creative and marketing agencies.
• Maintain and manage a centralized content calendar.
• Partner with Growth, Creative, and Ecosystem teams to deliver user‑journey‑mapped assets.
• Identify and execute opportunities to repurpose existing content for new audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating work with external creative or marketing agencies.

Required skills

• Experience creating educational or career‑focused content.
• Familiarity with content‑marketing best practices across the full path‑to‑purchase.
• Knowledge of AI tools and prompting best practices to support content creation.
• Understanding of content mapping and aligning assets with the customer journey.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
