Marketing Manager – Azzaro Parfums

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Azzaro Parfums will lead the development and execution of 360° animation campaigns for both new innovations and core products. Based in New York, the role works closely with senior marketing leaders, trade partners and retail accounts to drive brand growth across the luxury beauty market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Director to define brand strategy and strategic plans.
• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans using market intelligence, customer insights, CRM data and sales feedback.
• Lead retailer‑specific marketing initiatives for partners such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, Sephora, TikTok Shop and others.
• Coordinate launch timelines with development, demand planning and senior management, flagging any misalignments.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and CERE to implement trade activations and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
• Track market and competitive activity, providing regular trend updates to the broader marketing team.
• Manage key business operations including purchase orders, shop orders and code creation as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or product marketing within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data, customer behavior and sales performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams, retailers and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets simultaneously.
