Marketing Intern – Niche Brands

About the role

Puig is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support its niche beauty and fragrance brands in the New York office. The role offers hands‑on exposure to brand strategy, product set‑up, and cross‑functional collaboration across PR, influencer, and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze competitive landscape and market sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in executing localized marketing initiatives, including product set creation, pricing tools, and product setup.
• Support PR and influencer teams with brand activations, ensuring required assets and tools are provided.
• Coordinate with international teams to order and organize comps, lab samples, and production items.
• Manage the Marketing Closet, keeping resources organized and accessible.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as product orders, purchase orders, and mailings.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred).
• Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
• Minimum three‑month commitment with three days per week on‑site in New York.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
