Marketing Intern

About the role

Join our fast‑growing B2B marketing team for a full‑year internship that blends AI‑driven automation, event execution, and content creation. You will work remotely 20 hours a week, supporting senior leaders and gaining hands‑on experience across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external event operations, from planning to execution.
• Support digital marketing automation, including audience segmentation, content launch, tracking, and analysis.
• Create and edit email newsletters, event invitations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage quarterly updates of collateral and thought‑leadership assets.
• Produce and schedule LinkedIn posts, ads, and community engagement.
• Help produce the Breakthrough Work podcast and related webinar content.
• Perform other marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong communication, detail‑orientation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, service‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High motivation to learn quickly and absorb direction.
• Interest in marketing, communications, research, and optionally finance or software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our Lehi, UT office.
