Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, business development, and pursuit efforts for INVISION Architecture across multiple Southeast locations. You will coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and brand initiatives while maintaining critical marketing information and assisting with client events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development, production, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials.
• Gather and organize project data, resumes, references, and pursuit content; track RFQ/RFP opportunities and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate marketing information, including project descriptions, staff bios, and firm qualifications.
• Support CRM data management in Unanet CRM and organize marketing content libraries, project visuals, and digital assets.
• Develop and format written and visual materials for presentations, interviews, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, sponsorships, client events, and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn within a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with CRM platforms and databases.
• Familiarity with Unanet CRM, AirTable, and OpenAsset (a plus).
