About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to shape and deliver clear, engaging communications across multiple channels for a mission‑driven organization in the United States. The role supports both internal and external audiences, strengthening brand voice and driving high‑visibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including web content, biographies, letters, and sales enablement assets.
• Create compelling campaign messaging aligned with strategic priorities and audience needs.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and follow established brand voice and editorial guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns on time and with high quality.
• Support media relations by drafting press materials, monitoring coverage, and assisting outreach efforts.
• Assist in content planning, research, and storytelling to enhance organizational positioning and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a talent for tailoring content to diverse audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
