Marketing Associate – Utah

About the role

The Marketing Associate will partner with Greystar’s marketing team, onsite property teams and regional leadership to design and execute tactical marketing strategies that support community branding and business goals across the Utah portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams for an assigned portfolio of sites.
• Develop and launch tactical marketing campaigns and asset‑specific strategies to promote each community’s brand.
• Assist onsite teams with social media strategy, email marketing, advertising websites, content creation and overall customer experience.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports and recommend short‑ and long‑range marketing plans.
• Coordinate webinars, live presentations, website content and training materials to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend and manage design agencies, oversee branding initiatives and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Maintain digital asset storage and organize marketing collateral.
• Manage relationships with advertising partners, negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding of communities, contribute to regional business development and monitor marketing budgets against ROI benchmarks.
