Marketing Associate – Colorado

About the role

The Marketing Associate partners with Greystar’s marketing, onsite, and regional teams to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of Colorado communities. The role ensures consistent brand deployment, supports community goals, and drives performance through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams across assigned sites.
• Develop and launch tactical campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website advertising to promote each community’s brand.
• Analyze performance reports, collaborate with revenue management, and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with design agencies, manage branding projects, and oversee digital asset storage.
• Maintain relationships with advertising partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
• Support onboarding/off‑boarding of communities and contribute to regional business development.
