Marketing Analytics & Consumer Insights Intern

About the role

The Los Angeles Rams are looking for a curious, data‑driven Marketing Analytics & Consumer Insights Intern. You will work on real business challenges, turning data from ticketing, merchandise, digital engagement and surveys into actionable insights that shape fan experience and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources (ticketing, merchandise, CRM, surveys) to identify trends and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations using Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Structure and collect data for the data lake and develop advanced analytical models (CLV, churn, fandom clusters, purchase motivators).
• Apply statistical modelling, machine learning and AI techniques to support marketing optimisation.
• Support quantitative and qualitative market research, including survey design, data cleaning and synthesis.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and assist with guest experience on gameday events.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience with statistical models, predictions and algorithms for marketing purposes.
• Hands‑on experience working with large datasets and creating customer segmentation schemas.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data‑extraction tools.
