Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our fast‑growing startup in New York. In this collaborative, cross‑functional position you will work closely with product, design, engineering, and customer support teams to turn customer insights into actionable marketing strategies and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Gather and aggregate internal and external data sources into a single source of truth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that track market performance for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Digital Analytics teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
• Assist in creating go‑to‑market plans, product positioning, and end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and sentiment to gauge brand perception and identify improvement areas.
• Support the Product Strategy Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
• Contribute to environmental health and safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience conducting market research, surveys, and customer interviews.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams.
