Marketing Adjunct Instructor, B&CS

About the role

The State of Georgia, through West Georgia Technical College, seeks a Marketing Adjunct Instructor to deliver theory and practical applications of marketing in an online classroom environment. The position supports student learning, curriculum development, and program accreditation while providing timely communication and support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online instruction for marketing courses, preparing syllabi, labs, and assessments in line with academic standards.
• Evaluate student performance, grade coursework promptly, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with faculty to define and assess student learning outcomes and contribute to program improvement.
• Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement initiatives for the program.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and technology‑enabled learning environment and manage classroom supplies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to campuses for meetings or training.
• Experience in post‑secondary teaching or directly related industry experience is preferred.
