MAP Engineering Aircraft Coordinator – A320

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Engineering Aircraft Coordinator to join the MAP Engineering team for the A320 program at its Mobile, AL facility. You will work closely with the physical aircraft, supporting design, build, test and operational processes while ensuring engineering deliverables align with industrial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering deliverables and track progress against industrial planning needs.
• Collect, analyse and report performance metrics to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Participate in Final Assembly Line (FAL) routines as the MAP Engineering representative.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and health‑safety teams across the assembly flowlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the A320 MAP Engineering team.

Required profile

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in aircraft manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team.
