Manufacturing Training Coordinator

About the role

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator supports manufacturing performance and regulatory compliance by coordinating, delivering, and documenting technical training for site employees. This role ensures personnel are trained and qualified before performing assigned job functions and maintains audit‑ready training records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Administer the Learning Management System, including training assignments, completion tracking, qualification status, master data, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready training records in accordance with procedures and retention requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and subject matter experts to develop, revise, and deliver effective training materials and assessments.
• Provide timely reports on training completion, certification status, overdue assignments, and compliance trends to leadership.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Science, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
