Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our high‑speed production facility. You will maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in a fast‑paced brewery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks, recording results in computer systems.
• Analyze process data to drive equipment maintenance decisions and process improvements.
• Support Lean‑based improvement projects, including root‑cause analysis and process mapping.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least three years of mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance experience in a high‑speed manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures such as lockout/tagout and confined‑space entry.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lb.
