About the role
Our Supply team drives brewing, packaging, and shipping of iconic beer brands at high speed and quality. In this position you will support and maintain the automated systems that keep production running at peak performance, working hands‑on with PLCs, instrumentation, power distribution, and high‑speed equipment in a dynamic brewery environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC‑ and VFD‑controlled high‑speed production equipment and process systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant power distribution up to 480 V, 3‑phase.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Calibrate, install and maintain process and analytical instrumentation.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals and technical documentation.
- Document maintenance work in SAP CMMS and manage parts inventory.
- Partner with production teams to prioritize work and support safety, quality and operational goals.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of industrial electrical/controls experience (or two‑year technical degree).
- Ability to work off‑shifts, weekends and overtime, and to lift up to 50 lb.
- Must successfully complete a Ramsay electrical/controls assessment during interview.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- PLC programming and ladder logic (Allen Bradley PLC5, ControlLogix, Siemens).
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motor control up to 480 V.
- Instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
- SAP/CMMS usage and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Reading electrical schematics and applying LOTO safety procedures.

- Starting hourly rate $39.38 (increases to $40.08 after 60 days) with potential earnings up to $130 k annually.
