About the role
We are looking for experienced manufacturing supervisors to join our AI evaluation team on a part‑time, project‑based basis. You will work remotely, reviewing and improving AI‑generated prompts, workflows, and rubrics that support production management, quality control, safety, and workforce coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Review production‑management prompts and operational workflow scenarios.
- Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics for manufacturing accuracy and process completeness.
- Assess AI outputs for logical workflow, safety considerations, and efficiency.
- Identify operational risks, quality‑control gaps, or staffing issues.
- Recommend improvements to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark responses for operational scenarios.
- Apply professional judgment to production‑management decisions.
- Follow project data‑use and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Experience supervising manufacturing, warehouse, or production teams.
- Familiarity with quality control and operational workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Capability to evaluate operational reasoning and decision‑making.
