Manufacturing Operations Supervisor AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for experienced manufacturing supervisors to join our AI evaluation team on a part‑time, project‑based basis. You will work remotely, reviewing and improving AI‑generated prompts, workflows, and rubrics that support production management, quality control, safety, and workforce coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Review production‑management prompts and operational workflow scenarios.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics for manufacturing accuracy and process completeness.
• Assess AI outputs for logical workflow, safety considerations, and efficiency.
• Identify operational risks, quality‑control gaps, or staffing issues.
• Recommend improvements to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark responses for operational scenarios.
• Apply professional judgment to production‑management decisions.
• Follow project data‑use and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Experience supervising manufacturing, warehouse, or production teams.
• Familiarity with quality control and operational workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Capability to evaluate operational reasoning and decision‑making.
