Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and workflows. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure new products are production‑ready and existing lines operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Design and improve production layouts, work instructions, and documentation.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with process development and readiness plans.
• Analyze production data to drive quality, throughput, and efficiency gains.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Create process validation plans and support equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and robotics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of production systems and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen.
• Knowledge of process validation, root‑cause analysis, and quality tools.
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
