Manufacturing Engineer – EPI Business Unit

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and new product releases, applying lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions and manage manufacturing engineering projects.
• Lead the use of Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and perform root‑cause analysis and corrective actions, including PFMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems on the job.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.

What we offer

• Salary range: $78,500 – $108,000 per year.
• Location: Austin, TX.
