About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Co‑op for Spring 2027 to join its San Angelo, Texas manufacturing team. The role involves complex technical work on the design, manufacture, and operation of equipment and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate business‑related issues and opportunities to management.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support for project planning, development, implementation, and modification.
• Perform equipment design and development, material testing, specification preparation, and process studies.
• Investigate multiple variables to solve complex engineering problems.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience; pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Logistics, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Operations or related field.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form about process improvement projects.

Required skills

• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Understanding of statistical process control.
• Basic knowledge of equipment effectiveness concepts such as OEE and SOL.
• Familiarity with cost management, COGS and Design‑to‑Value concepts.
