Managing Consultant – Services Business Development (Strategic Cobrands)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Services Business Development team as a Managing Consultant focused on strategic cobrand clients. You will work closely with account teams to expand Mastercard Services solutions across a portfolio of high‑value merchants in the United States, driving revenue growth and deeper client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic cobrand clients, ensuring collaboration across buying centers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that align with Mastercard Services offerings.
• Lead complex sales processes, including responding to RFPs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in customer acquisition, engagement, open finance, and security.
• Provide market and business insights to help clients optimize their operations and achieve growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales experience with a track record of managing strategic accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort navigating complex sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with payments and merchant services solutions.
• Knowledge of retail or travel verticals, open finance, and security solutions such as identity verification and fraud detection.
