Manager, Product Management (Payments Reconciliation)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Manager of Product Management to join the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence (PRI) Global Product Management team. You will shape the product vision, define business requirements, and lead go‑to‑market strategies for modernising Mastercard’s network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product vision and roadmap for the PRI portfolio, aligning with business strategy.
• Identify migration strategies and new market opportunities based on evolving network needs.
• Engage directly with clients and partners to validate requirements, test concepts, and refine solutions.
• Collaborate with technical product teams, sales, and marketing to ensure commercial and technical success.
• Balance long‑term product direction with immediate market and customer demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments, fintech, or related technology domains.
• Strong understanding of network modernisation and open‑banking ecosystems.
• Ability to translate customer pain points and market trends into actionable product initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
