About the role
Mastercard’s Digital Product Specialist team seeks a Manager, Product Management to drive adoption and scale of its Digital Payments solutions. The role partners with merchants, platforms, and ecosystem partners to shape payment strategies that improve security, performance, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive adoption and scale of Mastercard Digital Payments solutions, including network tokenization, Click to Pay, authentication, and emerging commerce capabilities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with merchant executives and digital commerce leaders to influence payment strategies and business outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop account plans, and meet growth KPIs such as tokenization penetration and Click to Pay enablement.
- Collaborate with PSPs, acquirers, gateways, ISVs, and commerce platforms to accelerate merchant enablement through scalable distribution channels.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert and “digital storyteller,” translating complex payment innovations into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Own and manage growth KPIs, analyze performance data, and present executive‑level insights to influence strategy.
- Gather Voice of Customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market execution.
- Lead pre‑implementation customer engagement and coordinate handoff to Product Delivery teams.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of digital payments, digital commerce, authentication, tokenization, and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build senior‑level customer relationships and influence strategic decisions across complex organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Data‑driven with experience analyzing performance metrics and creating executive‑level reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
