Manager, Partnership Services – Crossix Analytics

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team sits at the intersection of big data, technology, media, and life sciences, helping companies improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness. As a Manager on the Partnership Services team you will be the primary day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of media partners, delivering analytics, managing PubView subscriptions, and bridging partner and client service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners, handling inquiries and maintaining smooth post‑onboarding relationships.
• Own end‑to‑end scoping and delivery of partner‑commissioned analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable storytelling.
• Manage partner subscriptions to Crossix’s PubView product, supporting onboarding and ongoing dashboard questions.
• Act as liaison between media partners and the Client Services team for client‑specific escalations, ensuring swift coordinated resolution.
• Develop deep expertise in Crossix products and measurement methodology to address partner questions and translate complex concepts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Client Services, Data Partnerships, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a client‑facing, account management, or partnerships role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams with strong organizational discipline.
• Experience delivering analytics projects or data‑driven insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and must be based in the New York City area.
