Manager of Retrieval Operations

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a Manager of Retrieval Operations to lead the execution of its retrieval program for a major customer launch. The role oversees a high‑volume retrieval workflow that combines AI‑enabled voice agents with human Patient Support Representatives to manage roughly one million annual chases.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly execution of the chase queue, monitoring retrieval, pend and AID ownership metrics.
• Manage chase‑to‑AID assignment structures and adjust workflows as volume and provider mix evolve.
• Drive resolution of aged and at‑risk chases, escalating systemic barriers to meet SLA performance.
• Oversee performance of AI voice agents, track agent‑to‑human conversion, and identify tuning opportunities.
• Maintain staffing models and capacity forecasts, coordinating with on‑shore and offshore teams to align resources with chase intake.
• Communicate performance, action plans and requirements to the customer.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale operational teams in a healthcare or value‑based care environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor key performance indicators and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and customer reporting.
• Ability to balance AI‑driven automation with human resources to optimize retrieval yield.
