About the role

The Manager of Graduate Medical Education (GME) provides operational and budgetary oversight for the GME department at Kingman Healthcare. This position ensures that all GME programs comply with accreditation and licensing standards while supporting the organization’s vision of delivering high‑quality, compassionate health care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of GME programs to maintain compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff leadership to administer GME functions and provide strategic, budgetary, and operational leadership.
• Oversee relationships and contracts with external institutions such as sponsoring postgraduate training institutions and professional schools.
• Collaborate with the CMO, ADIO, program directors, coordinators, faculty, and hospital departments to lead undergraduate, graduate, and continuing medical education initiatives.
• Plan and implement new resident orientation, including credentialing and provisioning for incoming residents.
• Assist residents with accreditation, regulatory compliance, and performance documentation.
• Develop systems and procedures that promote clinical performance and superior delivery of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum five years of experience in a related field or capacity.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare accurate reports, and exercise sound judgment in program development.
