Manager, HR Process Transformation & Architecture

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to shape and modernise its global HR processes. The Manager, HR Process Transformation & Architecture will drive the design, standardisation and continuous improvement of employee‑lifecycle workflows, ensuring they are efficient, compliant and deliver a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis and redesign of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Create and maintain as‑is and future‑state process models, taxonomies and standards using BPM platforms such as SAP Signavio.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and service‑design techniques to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Workday and service‑delivery teams to translate designs into system and operating‑model solutions.
• Champion global process standardisation while respecting local regulatory and business requirements.
• Use KPIs and process insights to guide transformation initiatives and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with HR, compliance, operations and technical stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainable change.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR process architecture, business‑process redesign or service‑delivery transformation within a large, global organisation.
• Strong ability to translate process insights into clear requirements, roadmaps and actionable change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills across business and technical audiences.
• Strategic, analytical and delivery‑focused mindset with a track record of driving results.
