Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Manager, HR Business Partner at Disney, you will help shape a magical workplace by aligning business objectives with employee needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving talent strategies, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness for the Disney Advertising Sales client group.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies and programs that support business goals.
• Consult with business leaders on talent matters, including organizational design, leader effectiveness and learning needs.
• Lead transformative workforce initiatives and agile change-management projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and well‑being initiatives.
• Manage the talent-management lifecycle, identify talent gaps and propose solutions.
• Coach and advise on organizational design, conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
• Drive large-scale culture and process change initiatives.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day employee relations issues and partner with Employee Relations specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Strong consultative, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead organizational effectiveness and change-management initiatives.
• Experience with talent-management, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion programs.
• Ability to analyze business data, metrics and market insights to inform decisions.
