Manager, Global HR Business Partner

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Manager, Global HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The role will shape talent, workforce and organizational strategies that support business priorities across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent, workforce and organizational strategies with corporate objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on culture, team performance and leadership capability, using data‑driven insights.
• Lead talent planning, succession and capability discussions, identifying talent risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Drive strategic workforce planning and assess organizational health, recommending structure, operating model and governance improvements.
• Guide leaders through change initiatives, business transformations and workforce transitions, ensuring engagement and adoption.
• Advise on employee‑relations matters, collaborating with legal and HR centers of excellence to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into HR solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data and analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent planning, succession management and organizational design.
• Experience guiding change management and transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of employee‑relations processes and risk management.
